  1. Educational program

An educational program is a program written by the institution or ministry of education which determines the learning progress of each subject in all the stages of formal education. Besides the primary educational program, some schools use a different educational program written by another source which uses a different learning progress - either in some subjects, such as the Mofet educational program in Israel or in all subjects, such as special education. Educational programs help people decide if they are going to be a teacher or not. They're mostly in high schools called C4 program. C4 programs helps students in high school decided what they are going to be before they get to college, so they do not waste their time taking class they do not need in college or wasting their parents money on classes and books they do not need.

The definition of the word "rigor" has changed

2013-08-11 18:59:12 by TheSwashbuckler

Our schools in all levels of elementary, middle, high school and college are now using a word called "rigor." It sounds meanicing for the adult who works a blue collar job. It is just a bit scary. The only thing is the word is watered down and has not the true level of meaning as applied to all sylibuses and college professor mouths.
The word "rigor" has been hijacked and pushhed out to mean strong yet to not have any measurement so as to check upon if "rigor" was or is used on any program.

How do you encourage students to learn?
What are your suggestions to get more parents involved in their children’s education?
What is your definition of a teacher?
What are some of the biggest struggles you face as an educator today?
How has your philosophy of education changed since you first started teaching?
